This wine is made of white grenache grown in the desert area of Bardenas Reales in Navarre (Northern Spain), the vineyard is over 30 years old planted in clay-calcareous soils 550 m asl.

Winemaking notes: short fermentation (10 days total), 5 days with the skins. Afterwards 6 months of aging in clay vessels (amphorae).
