Trepadell is a rather obscure grape variety, grown in the region of Valencia (in Fontanars dels Alforins area where it is known as Forcallat Blanc) and Alicante, in this case the area of Jalon. The vineyard is planted on white limestone soils in the coastal village area of Teulada-Moraira.
Only 2 barrels were made (655 bottles in 2017), the wine has been aged for 12 m. in old Sherry vats which adds a lot of personality to the wine. For this year the barrels were refreshed with a touch of moscatel (muscat) dry wine and you can smell it's hints in the glass.
