The Furmint grape variety, well known in it's country of origin Hungary, but a real rarity in Austria where only about 10 hectares of vineyards exist. Michael Wenzel is one of the most famous winemaker focusing on his natural dry white wines of this grape. Very limited production, only 800 bottles were filled of this delicious Furmint. It was fermented in barrels and aged for 18 months in old French oak barrels. Only 25 mg os suplhites added.
