A truly authentic Verdejo!

Fermented and aged in clay vessel (called Tinaja in Spain or Amphora as commonly known elsewhere), which is placed in the subterraneancave carved in rock. After 12 months the wine is racked to stainless steel tanks for further 12 months aging & settling down. Ungrafted rootstock vineyard, plot of 0,58 hectares planted in 1868.
Sight
Straw yellow, wide clear rim, shiny.
Aromas
Granny Smith apple, unripe pineapple, lemon, white flowers, tropical fruit, quince.
Taste
High and integrated acidity, medium sugar and alcohol. Lactic notes with sweet and sour notes, unctuous and almost full bodied, well balanced, medium long finish with a soft yummy note.
