A once in a lifetime experiment: late harvest dry wine!
This product is no longer in stock
Singularis is a one-shot experiment by Carlos Lozano, the winemaker behind Llanos Negros label in Fuencaliente, La Palma island.
In 2016 he decided to see what happens when he takes late harvest grapes of Gual and Sabro varieties, and make a dry wine instead of a sweet one: 17º natural alc. level and almost no residual sugar! (7.1 g acidity vs 3.0 sugar). Once you try it, your mind get puzzled because you can't believe it! It is masterfully crafted and all components integrate superbly.
Over 100 year old vines, planted on volcanic soils, 350 m above sea level, coming from the small 0.7 ha plot called La Tablada.
An exclusive rarity as there were only 450 bottles filled of this gem.
