White wine from Canary Islands made of Vijariego Blanco
This product is no longer in stock
Vijariego Blanco (this grape is also known as Diego in the neighbour Lanzarote island), this time in its version from La Palma Island.
The grapes were fermented in the barrel and the wine was aged for 3 months in the same. Surprisingly it does not show any "oaky" notes during our tasting.
This white wine shows the real Canary wine essence: it is fruity, with complex notes of soft spices, and a noticeable minerality and salinity. A great option to pair with seafood and fish (for example, deep fried fish).
