Naturally Sweet Malvasia Aromatica
This Malvasia Aromatica comes from different plots of La Tablada, Los Tabaqueros, La Batista, y La Time, and from the oldest vines, counting more than 100 years. Late harvest of dried grapes (raisins), after careful selection, the grapes are macerated for about 14 hours until the natural fermentation starts with it's native yeasts. After the fermentation the wine is racked into 500 l barrels for aging on the lees for at least 1 year.
This sweet wine from 2017 vintage is perfectly balanced, with it's rich aromatic and flavours complexity, the overwhelming sweetness which is counterbalance with a great acidity, and you just cannot resist another sip of it!
The wine has 86 grams of residual sugar and 5.9 g of acidity.
There were roughly 1000 bottles of 50 cl filled of this vintage.
It is a great Canarian wine which can last really long!
