A unique monastrell - organic farming and natural winemaking. The grapes ferment in an open carved limestone pools laid in the ground in an ancient winery (dating over 150 years back), and afterwards aged in small clay pots (tinajas or amphoras).
Extremely low production, the wine is for real connoseurs, full of wild mountain herbs notes, sweet cooking spices and jammy fruit notes.
