Vino Sexto Elemento is a family winery established in 2000 and located in Venta del Moro (nearby Utiel) anmd over the years they became one of the best known natural wines producers in the area (although they do not belong to the D.O.).

Respeto, or Respect, is the top of the line from the winery, made with the oldest vineyards of the local grape variety Bobal. Over 100 year old vines are planted on clay-calcareous soils. Natural winemaking without any additives (not even suplhites).

This wine has a rather classic and robust flair, it is aged for 24 months in French oak barrels but the winemaking method is not common: the wine is aged on the lees for the whole time with period batonnages. Only 1200 bottles made!

A truly expressive red wine produced from old vines grapes, planted on typical clay soils in the region.
