The authentic black Iberian pig cured ham from Andalusia

This cured is made of 100% pure Iberian pig breed, which is authoctonous to the Iberian Peninsula. Those black skinned-and-hoofed pigs are raised in freedom in the area of Sierra de Aracena, in the region of Huelva (Andalusia), where they feed themselves in the wild areas fill of cork oaks, chestnuts and holm oaks. The curing in sea salt takes place in a proper old wooden and tile curing building for years until the required quality is achieved.

Hand cut by order at the gourmet charcuterie Manglano at the Central Market of Valencia (Mercado Central de Valencia) wher eit is vacuum packed in individual packs of 200 grams.
