Moscatel de Alejandria, vinified as a dry wine, has gone through a 1 week skin contact before fermentation which gives a rich orange color and unique flavors to this wine! Aged in an American Oak barrel for 12 months.
Sight
Amber with Light Pink hue, wide grey rim, thick.
Aromas
Grapefruit, cider, orange peel, flower honey, Vapor Rub, mineral.
Taste
High acidity, medium sugar & alcohol. Notes of bitter orange peel, Chinese plum again, roasted pumpkin, smoked notes. Long finish with lactic note.
