Felipe Gutiérrez distinguishes several types of muscat grape varieties that we works with, this is the case of a Roman Moscatel, planted on Gorgos riverbanks hills. Being a pioneer of producing high quality different types of muscat wines (dry, sweet sparkling, aged under veil of flor), Felipe makes orange wines since 1998.
Late harvest, destemmed grapes are fermented for 3 days in 5 open barrels, and the wine is aged for 12 m. in old French barrels.
