Coppery, wide clear rim.
Citrus, peach, jasmin flower, white pepper, cinnamon, varnish, ferment (needs airing/decanting for releasing its aromas).
High acidity, medium sugar and alcohol, medium tannin. Quite vertical attack with apple and very ripe pear notes. Long finish with ripe fruit notes. A truly authentic Verdejo!
