Giró (which is a clone or a branch of garnacha / grenache grape which has adapted perfectly to the Mediterranean coast area) blended with tempranillo, spontaneous fermentation and aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
Dark red, orangy rim, low depth.
Red forest berries, cherry, fruit preserve, orange peel, toffee, spiced, cinnamon, vanilla, cedar wood.
Medium acidity, low sugar & alcohol, high tannins. Toasted notes are noticeable, along with red berries & liquor, long finish.
