All deliveries are carried out by a Courier Company (Envialia for Spain, TNT for international shipments). The shipping costs include basic parcel insurance, special safety packaging and VAT.
All orders are sent in safety packaging (both inner and outter packaging is made of cardboard) designed to provide maximum protection for the glass bottles during transport. We use different sizes of boxes suitable to send 1, 2, 3 or 6 bottles in once parcel. As the shipments are insured the customer does not have to worry if there are damages to the parcel or it is lost.
For Spain (Peninsula): all orders are delivered within 48 hours after the parcel has been sent from our premises.
All orders are prepared the next day after order reception and payment confirmation. Orders confirmed from Friday to Saturday will be sent on Monday, and orders confirmed on Sunday will be sent on Tuesday. In case of any unexpected delay in sending out the order the customer will be contacted and informed accordingly.
In case the courier company is not able to deliver the parcel, it will contact you to set a new delivery date and time. This is why it is important that the customer provides a valid telephone number .

At BlancoTinto.com we do our best to provide excellent customer service therefore we accept returns in the following cases:
- Return of damaged parcel (packaging)
In case you notice that the parcels are damaged, wet or leaking upon the moment of the delivery it is most probable that the content of the box has been broken. In this case please refuse the delivery and send the parcel back to us. Immediately after doing so please contact us through email@example.com or by phone +34 676490945.
After we receive the damaged parcel back to our premises we will prepare a replacement order and send it again to you at no additional cost.
- Return of a defective product
If the wine that you have received is not good for consumption, or shows any kind of defect (for example if it is corked), you can return the bottle with the remaining content, closed with the original cork, to our office address BlancoTinto.com, C/ Juan Carlos I, 9-5, 46550 Albuixech, Valencia, Spain. After checking the return and confirming the fault we will replace the bottle with a new one with your next order. It is highly recommended that you return the bottle in the original safety packaging. The cost of the return is paid by the customer, and the return can be accepted within 30 days after the original order’s delivery.
- Return of a product that you do not like
In case you have bought several bottles of the same wine and after opening one you realize that it did not fulfill your expectations or you do not like it at all, you can return the unopoened bottles to us (using the safety packaging and covering the delivery expenses on your own). Once we receive the returns and confirm that the bottles are intact we will refund the cost of those products witholding 5% of the amount for administration. This kind of returns are accepted within 30 days after the original order’s delivery.
